God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Thursday January 5th, 2005, Well I did manage one 8 x 8 layout tonight and used up some stash and some not so great paper. At least I'm doing something. I really am starting to get the winter blahs!

I hate being like this! I hate being depressed! But, I get this way every winter. And it gets worse now that I have RA and have to take all of the nasty meds I have to take.

I wish that I lived some place that it was warm yr round. I really need lots of sunshine to feel good! Ohio just does not provide enough sunshine in the winter months. We have had at least partly cloudy every day since December 22nd according to the news. That's 15 days of little to no sunshine. It's no wonder that the depression rate skyrockets during the winter months!

Oh by the way the layout above is Die Cut with a View Paper, Prima Flowers, May Arts Ribbon, Heidi Swap frame, the brads were dull and I embossed them with UTTE, brads and clips I have no idea where they are from. The Staples are EK sucess and Ripley is cut with Sizzix Girls are Weird.

Ripley is a little girl, she will be over 200 lbs when full grown. She is a Neopolitan Mastiff and she is kind of a purple grey color. Her fur is like velvet when you pet her and she's nothing but a big baby that loves everyone.
