God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

My dear sweet grand puppy Ripley is very sick. She spent all day Thursday in the hospital. She is doing better now but she has Addison disease and will have to be on medicine rest of her life. Addison disease is the adrenal glands on the top of the kidneys quit working. She will have to take cortisone every day and a shot once a month for the rest of her life. She won’t be 1 yr old until September.

I am just so thankful that we still have her. She was a very very sick puppy and we are very lucky that Jerod and Erin have a super vet that knew what the symptoms were.

If I’m not too tired tonight I’m going to scrap some more layouts of her. Here is the latest picture I have of my baby. This was last weekend when she was chilling at grandma's.
