God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Wow the weekend has went by so quickly. I've got the timer set so as soon as it goes off I start getting everything gathered up to return to Sabrina's. Otherwise I would sit here for more then an hour visiting with my friends on line.

We actually cooled down last night so that the air conditioner didn't run all night. But, it's supposed to be up in the high 90's by the afternoon and be that way for the rest of the week. I never thought I would say that I'm looking forward to fall.

I finished a beautiful layout for the dt last night but for some reason our LPS and CI board is refusing to let you upload. Everyone is having trouble so I'll give all of you a sneak peak. I did blur Mikaela's face and you all know why.

I'm taking Scrap supplies to Sabrina's with me so that I can play some this weekend. I just love scrapping so much. I've been involved so many yrs I have lost count. I love when new people join our craft. Especially when they join to save their memories; so if anyone would like to improve their skills consider finding out where your local Scrap Pink weekend will be. It's a fund raiser for Breast Cancer and the Susan G. Komen Cure for Breast Cancer.

I'm blessed to be able to attend a very special Scrap Pink weekend. A couple friends of mine are going to let me crash with them in KY. We are getting a round the clock scrapping weekend where we will complete a full album with instruction by Jamie Harper a Hall of Fame winner. The lady that is putting on the crop is a DT member for several manufactures. It is a round the clock crop all food plus a big bag of goodies and the album I hope I learn so much and get a better feel for what Magazines and designers are looking for. I have been picked up by Basic Grey a couple of times and done really well with my scrapping; but I would like to take it to the next level.

So please check into your local scrap store and see if they are having a Scrap Pink weekend and support a great cause and learn more about our wonderful craft.

Well I need to get off and finish getting ready to return to Sabrina's. I do want to share another picture with you. Bandit has found a new favorite place to lay when he's in the house. He loves laying in front of my spider plant; he's half in the sun half in the shade and seems perfectly content.

God bless,

Jane

Sounds like fun. My girlfriend dropped by on her way back to North Dakota yesterday. She gave me these marvelous scrapbook canvases that she had created. So I'm just now getting into it.

Found you via a like interest in Nora Roberts.
