God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Well I guess I have to be good sport and say congrats to the Red Sox fans. But, I would have loved to have seen the Indians in the World Series.

Congrats to the Buckeyes also we held on! We are one of the few that are still unbeaten this season! GO BUCKS! oHIo Wooohooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did a ton of layouts this weekend. I think I finished about 6. I’m doing a 50 layout challenge before you are allowed to spend on Life Preservers. So that has gotten me in gear to do some major scrapping. I have to find my desk tonight.

Is anyone else a major messy scrapper or is it just me? I mean I can tear the whole room up doing one layout. I don’t know how I manage it.

Oh I have to tell you the story about the cruddy mess with Time Warner. Two weeks ago I had to stay home from 8:00 till almost 12 waiting for them to come…they showed up and didn’t have a HI Def box they were sorry but they were out. So this weekend I once again had to wait for them to show up. They finally did and they installed the box, so what happens the box over heats if I run it for more then an hour and kicks off. So I call them and they say unplug it and wait 1 minute plug it back in. Ok it works, an hour later once again it kicks off. Call Time Warner again; once again I explain that the box is hot enough it will almost burn you and that it won’t work. Once again unplug it and they did something about resetting it. So after all of this I get to set home once again on Saturday morning and they are supposed to bring me a new box.

Can you tell I’m very frustrated? Three weeks now I have had to stay home all morning on Saturday and wait for the Cable Company!

Rant Off!

I hope everyone has a safe and happy week, hang tight October is almost over.

God Bleas,

Jane

Sorry to hear about your cable box. I hate having to wait around for them. Hopefully they will get it right this time.

Your layout is gorgeous!

Go Rockies! The only reason I say that is because they are a National League team (like the Cardinals) and they are not on the East or West Coast. Last year when the Cardinals were in the World Series many East/West coast fans kept trashing the Cardinals and said that NO ONE from the big TV markets (NY, Boston, LA etc.) would watch the Series, yadda, yadda, yadda... Truthfully, may the best team win.
As for your cable box, that really sucks! Be careful that it doesn't damage your TV!
