God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Well it looks like Serena passed her insomnia to me tonight. I've been up and down 2 times tonight...I thought I was sleepy earlier and I couldn't get to sleep. Then I went back down and still couldn't sleep. So here I sit....It's 12:30 so officially Thursday so here is my layout for BPS for today.

I've had several people comment on the poem I've also been thinking about turning it around to parents love for their children. You know there is nothing and I mean nothing my kids could do that would ever get in the way of me loving them. Sure I might be put out at them for something but I would never ever stop loving them.

They truly do own my heart. And there is nothing they could do to stop that love or stop me from doing anything I could to help them.

So what's the weather supposed to be at your place this weekend? We are expecting snow and bitter cold! They are saying 1 or lower before you even add in the wind chills :( I'm really not looking forward to that...I am ready for summer.

I want to say thank you to all the wonderful friends that wished my mom well.

Love to all of you,

God Bless,

Jane

We are supposed to get 3-5 inches this afternoon. I'll believe it when I see it. :) Pretty layout, I love the blue and brown combo and all the little touches around the journaling. Stay warm!

Beautiful Layout! I have the same sentiments for my children as well....It is going to be cold here for the next week...with the wind chill in the single digits. BRRRRRR, but I love the cold over summer.

Of course your pages are beautiful! It's been awfully cold here lately and I am none to happy about it!

I hope your mom's surgery goes well.

A mother's love is so very unique - I think when kids GROW UP and have their own, they understand it better.
