God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

"Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But, if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything."

"We are driven to create at this deep wordless level of the soul because we are all fashioned in the image of a God who is an Artist." - Michael Card, Scribbling in the Sand.

Lon day today we started at 8:00 this morning. Mom wanted to have breakfast before we went tv shopping. So we had breakfast at Golden Coral in Parkersburg. Then we went to Big Sandy Furniture, then to Circuit City and then back to Big Sandy. She found the Tv she wanted there. By the time we go through there she was so tired that she couldn't hardly get in the car.

I just checked with her and she's feeling better, she said her shoulder is still throbbing. I worry when she tries to do to much, she thinks she's back to normal and then tries something like today and is down for a couple of days.

I'll have to go back up in the morning and check on her. I also want to run the sweeper through the house for her and do her dusting.

I did make it into the scrap room tonight and came up with this. Can't decide if I like it or not?
