God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Shocked! I think that’s an understatement to what happened today. We had a very wonderful gentleman that worked in our office that passed away this weekend. I’m just so very sad. I just wanted to sit and cry I couldn’t even move for a few minutes! I just kind of felt numb. He was way to young to die; only 52! If you believe in a higher power I would ask you to please say a prayer for him and his family.

It has been a very stressful day to say the least. Then we are also waiting to hear if my daughter got the job she interviewed for; along with the fact that she’s trying to pack up her apartment and get ready to move back. It’s been one of those weeks or should I say months.

I do want to remind everyone that this is the weekend for The Shaker Box's crop.
