God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Wonderful weekend but a long weekend; Sabrina came down Thursday night for her interview on Friday. Friday morning she gets ready for her interview and needless to say it got canceled for all the snow and ice we got. Then of course Sabrina and Mikaela were snowed in at my house; needless to say Grandma is loving having them for the weekend.

Today Sabrina is rescheduled for her interview so thoughts and prayers are really appreciated. I am at work until 1:00 and then I will head home and take care of Mikaela while Sabrina interviews. Unfortunately, they are going home after the interview. I’m sure you can hear the sadness in my voice. The only problem we have had with Mikaela all weekend is she doesn’t like the pack and play to sleep in. So in talking to Serena this morning she was hunting for a home for Maya’s crib; which works out wonderfully for me I’m going to take it so I have a crib at my house. So we will have a crib for her to sleep in! YEAH!!!!!

Not much going on other then the weather; we had about 1 to 2 inches of snow then about 2 inches of sleet then about 4 more inches of snow. Every thing is still ice covered, the roads are pretty good but my driveway and sidewalks are just down right nasty! I’m scared to shovel the snow off because that’s going to make it straight ice!

Oh well Mother Nature should take care of it this week we are supposed to be close to 50 by the weekend.

I have some layouts to share I promise I’ll get them up. Have a great week! And I promise to update better this week.

Yeah...you definitely didn't get anywhere close to the almost 2 feet of snow we got. I didn't even do a final "tally" on the snow level in the yard. I should have. But it is amazing to think it will all be gone by the weekend. Sure hope Sabrina's interview goes well.
