God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Well no baby, the doctor won’t induce till her due date. But, he will make sure she has the baby before Brian starts the new job. So we are still waiting; I know it’s for the best for mommy and baby but I know Sabrina has to be so tired.

On the home front my new Dyson Sweeper came yesterday, and it is amazing. My beige carpet looks so clean and nice. I can’t believe the ultra fine particles that this vacuum brings up out of the carpet. I also ran it over my sofa and the cushions actually puffed back up from all of the suction. I’m very happy with the Dyson and I think I’ll continue to love it.

I’m going to tear my bedroom apart this weekend and run it all over it and then start on my craft room. I have old, shag carpet in the craft room I keep saying I’m going to tear it up but maybe with the Dyson I can get another year or two out of it, since the carpet keeps the floor so much warmer. I spend so much time back there that in the winter my feet get cold and the carpet does help a little with that.

Jerod and Erin will both be down tonight. Erin is driving down with some paper work Jerod needs so I get to have more of my family here! I need to figure out what I’m having for dinner. Maybe I’ll stop at Miller’s and get chicken that always goes over well and everyone loves it. We had the roast pork last night with scalloped potatoes YUMMMY! Not only is it a really good meal it’s quick to fix put it all in the oven and walk away.

It is so nice having the family around, especially when you have wonderful future daughter in law like Erin. She is absolutely the sweetest young lady I just love her to death. She is such a great addition to our family. And she is one of these young people that you can’t help but open your heart to. When she’s at the house if I’m cooking dinner she helps out, when dinner is over she helps load the dishwasher and straighten up the kitchen. She doesn’t expect to be waited on she knows where the glasses and plates are and just becomes a member of the family. You really can’t ask for more then that.

Then I have Brian as a son in law who is just as sweet, he loves Sabrina with all his heart. He is just a member of the family, laugh of course he has been a member for a lot of years now. They started dating in 10th grade and have been friends since kindergarten I think, I know for a fact they were in first grade together I have truly been blessed. How many people can say they have seen their kids get such great partners in life!

Ok the doctor just called and my thyroid is totally out of whack! He actually said how in the H!!! are you upright and functioning? So I have to pick up a prescription on my way home tonight. I used to take synthroid but hadn’t had my meds in a while and I guess I should have had it. I just take so much medicine I get tired of taking a hand full of med 2 or 3 times a day. Oh well add another to the mix.

Well I should get off of here. I hope everyone has a wonderful hump day. Chris if you or Heather happen to read this Lots and Lots of Hugs and Prayers for all of you! You are in my thoughts and prayers through this trying time!

Love and Hugs to all

God Bless,

Jane

Just keep me updated about the baby and Sabrina (I know you will). Sounds like you got a real good sweeper and of course...you have an awesome family, but you already knew that. I hope that the new med will work out for you. :)

Hope you get the right dose of medicine and you get to feeling better really soon. Your meal last night sounds yummy. I haven't made scalloped potatoes in ages...you have given me an idea! LOL!

Hope they get your thyroid straightened out! That can be a pain. I take meds for that too.

Your dyson sounds so cool! I'd love to have one and would soooo do a LO about it too. Good for you!

Glad you've enjoyed Darrel's pink gifts too. It's been so fun sharing it with everyone. Thanks for all the great comments.
