God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Well I’ve got all of the tax returns I have to do done for this year. YEAH! I’ve already got my refund. I did mom’s last night, I’m really glad to have that off of my plate.

Mom is still dealing with a lot of pain from her shoulder; the doctor and the PT person both say it’s normal. But, I don’t remember her having as much trouble the last time with pain. Maybe I’m just around her more this time. Last surgery dad was here and able to help out, this time I’m the care taker. She does seem to be getting stronger every day as far as how she’s feeling. Still a little weepy but, she misses the kids a lot. Sabrina and Brian come down a lot so she gets to see Mikaela. Jerod is working 40 hours a week and carrying 22 hours this quarter so he does good to do much more then sleep, when this quarter is over I’m sure he and Erin will be down. She has been begging for at least picture of Londyn from Wes but still no pictures, I sure hope he sends her some soon. Ok enough about this.

I worked on a Bo Bunny altered album for a DT try out last night but I think I’m going to change what I’m doing for the altered item…I have an old clock I think I would like to alter for Mikaela’s room. The new Kit from The Shaker Box should do beautifully with what I have in mind. I also need to get 3 layouts done for it. They can’t be seen by anyone else. So I need to get busy.

I didn’t do any laundry all weekend; one guess how much laundry I have to do! Can you say a small mountain? So tonight I’m going home starting some laundry and picking up the kitchen. After that is done I’m going to my scrap room and going to get it cleaned and all put away so that I can actually work in the mess. I packed up on Friday and went to a crop and you can imagine the mess I have.

Not to awful much going on here, planning a Disney trip and trying to finish up the stuff I need done so that when I leave everything on my desk is cleaned up. I hate to leave a mess here for anyone else to deal with. Of course normally it just waits for me I guess that’s job security. Don’t get me wrong I’ve got a great boss that does all she can to keep everything going but most of it can and does wait for me.

Time to get off of here! I hope everyone that’s been sick is feeling better. Mel good luck with your surgery you’re in my thoughts and prayers. Sherrie I hope that you are doing better and that the packing is going strong. Please keep in touch.

Love and God Bless,

Jane

get things done while you're gone? no way. i figure that i'd only screw them up and you'd have a bigger mess on your hands when you get back! lol

how many days to WDW? and, let me know if your mom needs anything while you're gone. hopefully she'll be a new woman by then. :)

Yes, taxes and the word done go nicely together don't you think! LOL!!! Hope your Mom gets to feeling better soon. I just cleaned up my messy scrap area and boy did it need it! We are planning a trip to DL for DD's graduation, it will be a fun week!
