God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen.

Wow Christmas is only 7 days away. A week from today!!!! I can’t believe that it’s so close. I’ve done none, nada, zip in the baking department. I think my fruit cake is all that’s going to get done.

Oh well we are all over weight it won’t hurt us not to have all of the cakes, candy and cookies. I will make homemade ice cream for Christmas night.

I made a veggie pizza last night and I’ve already ate ½ of it. Aren’t I terrible? For some reason I’ve been craving anything that has veggies. This just seems to really be hitting the spot for some reason. I had a piece for breakfast this morning. And I’m proud of myself I went with lowfat mayo and cream cheese and very light with the amount of cheese I put on it. So it’s fairly healthy.

I took the most beautiful picture out my back door the other night. The sky was just beautiful all gold, pink, purple and blue. I did have to run it through noiseware so it’s a little soft but the colors are just amazing.
